Description This contract is to procure an Employee Classification and Compensation Study from Baker Tilly US, LLP in an amount not to exceed $235,000. The purpose of the study is to review and revise the existing compensation and classification structures for all positions to align with organizational resources to:
The last study was completed in 2019. Industry standards recommend completing an employee classification and compensation study every five years.
The method used for this procurement was the request for proposals (RFP), which evaluates criteria in addition to the cost. The proposals were evaluated based on the proposer’s qualifications and experience, including support, the consultant's overall approach and process, the schedule proposed to complete the study, references, Savannah First local vendor participation, and DBE participation. Three (3) proposals were received in response to this RFP. All proposals were reviewed and fully evaluated by a selection committee of City staff. The proposal was advertised, opened, and reviewed. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 days.
