| Description Eastern Wharf is a large mixed-use residential and commercial project along the southern bank of the Savannah River to the east of the Downtown Historic District. Pursuant to an established Development Agreement and associated Master Plan, three 10-foot access easements must be granted to the City for use by the general public to allow pedestrian access from the project to the Riverwalk. Two of the three access easements were previously granted to the City in December 2023. The third and final access easement is ready for conveyance by the developer, PMC-SRL, LLC. The alignment is more fully depicted on the attached plat, and the walkway will be improved with pavers. | |
