| Description HP ES IV Savannah GA. LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for HP Echo Suites, a development consisting of a four-story hotel located at 175 Mulberry Boulevard in the Crossroads Treatment Plant service area in Aldermanic District 1. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 44.17-equivalent residential unit development. The Water and Sewer Connection fee totaling $181,945.75 is based on the proposed water consumption and shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of any water meters. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format. | |
