| Description The Savannah Airport Commission is preparing to renew its lease agreement with the National Guard. Carol G. Holladay & Associates, under her current agreement with the Commission, will conduct research and provide a strategic analysis of federal, military, and regulatory factors within a ninety (90) mile radius that may impact lease negotiations, military missions, airspace management, and long-term airport planning. The engagement will result in a written report and strategic assessment, to be completed within eight weeks of execution. The proposed fee is $40,000. | |
