This is to procure an annual sole source contract with Cornerstone H2O in an amount not to exceed $250,000.00. The Water Reclamation Department utilizes the services of Cornerstone H2O for original Equipment manufactured (OEM) replacement parts for various pieces of equipment. Cornerstone H2O serves as the designated regional representative, providing specialized proprietary replacement equipment and repair parts for processes and equipment at the Water Reclamation Facilities. Currently, the department uses a range of equipment including UV Systems, Mechanical Bar screens, and primary clarification to treat and process millions of gallons of wastewater. The parts will be used with existing equipment available only from this supplier.
