This procurement is for a Learning Management System with Cornerstone OnDemand in the amount of $104,259. This contract provides education, professional development, and learning pathways for all City of Savannah employees, including regulatory and compliance training, professional development and growth training, and educational advancement. Cornerstone is the current technology system behind the City of Savannah Human Resources Learning & Development online training academy SOLA (Savannah Online Learning Academy). SOLA is accessible to all employees and offers cohort and employee classification training courses. 

This is for a three-year contract with a final expiration of March 26, 2026, with an annual 3% fee increase. This is a sole source procurement due to this software being only available from this source. It is critical to have maintenance and support from the original provider to ensure authorized, knowledgeable, and timely vendor support when and if it is necessary. Delivery: As Requested.
