| Description Recommend approval to award a seasonal contract to provide meals for the Summer Lunch Program to the Savannah-Chatham Board of Education in the amount of $3.45 per lunch for a total of $310,500.00. The program will run from May 29, 2018 through July 20, 2018 and will serve an estimated 90,000 meals. This a sole source because the Summer Lunch Program is fully funded by a grant from the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Federal guidelines mandate that local school nutrition services be utilized to provide this service where feasible. | |
