| Description Recommend approval to procure design services from Thomas and Hutton Engineering Co. in the amount of $499,700.00. The design services will be used by the Sustainability Office to design and engineer Phase IIB of the Truman Linear Park Trail. This portion of the trail will connect to Phase IIA of the trail, which is being constructed by Chatham County. While notifications were sent to all known suppliers, only one proposal was received. This project will be funded in part through the Georgia Department of Transportation with federal funds, and the Federal Highway Administration approved the recommendation of this award. It is anticipated that GDOT will reimburse the City for 80% of the total project cost. | |
