This contract is to procure implementation services with Woolpert Inc. to upgrade from the current CityWorks locally hosted version to CityWorks Online in the amount of $189,758. The goal of this project is to upgrade and migrate the current CityWorks AMS software to the CityWorks Online version. This will align with the organizational goal of having one enterprise asset management solution. CityWorks is an established and trusted partner whose technology has been used by the City since 2011. Conveyance, Lift Stations, Water Distribution, and Water Supply Treatment currently use CityWorks locally to manage the maintenance of the city's water and sewer infrastructure, and service requests are integrated with 311.

This procurement was made through a cooperative purchasing agreement (GS-35F-0425P) with GSA. Per Division 10 Section 4-4152 of the City of Savannah’s purchasing ordinance, cooperative purchasing is authorized as an appropriate procurement method. The GSA contract was competitively bid and awarded to Woolpert, Inc. A master agreement with Woolpert, Inc. was signed for a four-year term. The contract expires on April 6, 2024.
