Recommend approval to renew an annual contract for lawn and leaf bags to Paper Chemical Supply for an amount up to $84,370.  The lawn and leaf bags will be maintained in inventory at the Central Warehouse and will be utilized by various city departments to collect compostable yard waste, as well as other trash and debris.  The recycled bags are available to all City departments, but used primarily by Greenscapes and Sanitation to ensure public spaces are clean and free of waste, debris and litter. The bags are also used to line trash receptacles around the city. 

This contract was originally approved by Council on November 20, 2018.  This is the second of three renewal options available
