| Description Recommend approval to award an annual contract for grounds maintenance for public parks and greenspaces to Complete Lawn Care in the estimated amount of $64,455.00. The Greenscapes Division will be the primary user of this contract. Grounds maintenance will include, but is not limited to, mowing, edging, line trimming, leaf/debris removal, litter/trash removal, and as necessary, the application of pesticides and herbicides to control weed and wild growth. This event had a 20% LDBE goal. The recommended proposer submitted DBE participation at the prime level in the amount of 100%. The contract term shall be from June 6, 2019 through December 31, 2019. | |
