| Description This contract is for the procurement of one (1) Long Reach Tractor with Boom Mower from Atlantic and Southern Equipment, LLC in the amount of $214,984. The long reach tractor with boom mower will be used by the Park & Tree Department for the maintenance of ditches and canals. This tractor will replace unit 5283, which has been deemed inoperable and subsequently removed from service.
Per Section 2-4154 of the City’s Purchasing Ordinance, the City may purchase goods or services through the use of a state contract. The contract used to procure this boom mower is State of Georgia Contract # 99999-001-SPD0000177-0016 for Tractors, Mowers, and Earth Mover equipment, which expires 5/31/2025. Delivery: As requested. Terms: Net 30 days.
