This contract is for the procurement of sixteen (16) super-duty pickup trucks equipped with various style truck bodies with National Automotive Fleet Group c/o Alan Jay Fleet Sales in an amount not to exceed $1,422,948. The super-duty pickup trucks will be utilized by different departments within the City, including Water Distribution, Stormwater, Park & Tree, and Savannah Fire. These new vehicles will replace units 8237, 8241, 8889, 9856, 9252, 9219, 9242, 0802, 9244, 7255, 0803, 1206, 8222, 6255, 2516, and 2517, all of which are planned FY24 replacements.

Per section 2-4154 of the City’s Purchasing Ordinance, the City may purchase goods or services through the use of a cooperative purchasing agreement. The contract used for this procurement is Sourcewell contract #060920-NAF, with National Auto Fleet Group c/o Alan Jay Fleet Network, which expires 8/1/2025. Delivery: As requested. Terms: Net 30 days.
