| Description Lennar Georgia, Inc has requested a water and sewer agreement for Edgewater at New Hampstead Phases 1A, 1B & 1C, a development consisting of a 215 single family homes off Little Neck Road in Aldermanic District 5. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 215-equivalent residential unit development. The Water & Sewer Connection Fee totaling $1,376,000 shall be paid by the developer. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format. | |
