| Description Hutchinson Island Apartments, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Parcel 9 on Hutchinson Island, a development consisting of a 288-unit apartment complex on Grand Prize America Avenue in Aldermanic District 1. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 148.43 equivalent residential unit development. The Water & Sewer Connection Fee totaling $853,546 shall be paid by the developer. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format. | |
