This contract is for the procurement of elevator upgrades to the Whitaker Street Parking Garage elevator from TK Elevator Corporation (LOCAL) in the amount of $124,368. The Parking and Mobility Services Department requests the vendor to provide labor and materials to replace the existing dry pump units with submersible pumps. The replacement will allow for smoother operation, decreased oil leakage from the pumping unit, and reduce the possibility of shutting down the elevators if a leak should occur.

Per Section 2-4154 of the City’s Purchasing Ordinance, the City may purchase goods or services through the use of a cooperative contract. The Parking and Mobility Services Department is using Sourcewell Cooperative contract #080420, . Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 days.
