The City of Savannah received an annexation petition for a parcel with an aggregate of ~4.62 acres located at 4119 Ogeechee Road (PIN 10791 02007). The land is contiguous to existing City territory, and therefore, can be annexed by ordinance adopted by City Council. As required by State law, Chatham County and the Savannah-Chatham Board of Education have been informed of receipt of this petition.

On June 3, 2025, the Planning Commission recommended approval of the Future Land Use Map and zoning map amendments for the property. These items have been included on the agenda for City Council’s consideration.
