City staff recommended various fee changes and revisions to the Revenue Ordinance for the fiscal year 2025. All recommended fee change requests are attached. This amendment will amend fees at Bacon Park Golf Course and sewer utility connection fees administered by the Water Resources Service Center. These recommended changes will amend the Revenue Ordinance adopted by the Council on December 19, 2024.

• The changes are for Article R—Leisure and Recreation Fees, Section 1. Recreation Services, H) Bacon Park Golf Course Fees. This amendment will update the fees associated with the Bacon Park Golf Course, as originally included in the Revenue Ordinance adopted by the City Council on December 19, 2025.
• The changes are for Article U -  Utility Service Fees, Section 5. Water and Sewer Additional Connection Fees, A) Additional Connection Fees. This amendment will increase sewer connection fees for new customers connecting to the City's sewer system and will recoup the cost of infrastructure placed in the ground to serve these customers. These fees are applicable only to the geographic area located in the southwest quadrant of the City's utility service area.
