This contract is for the procurement of one semi-tractor with 5th wheel coupling from The Pete Store in the amount of $213,157. The semi-tractor will be used by the Stormwater Management Division to haul heavy-duty equipment such as excavators, wheel loaders, and other large machinery to various job sites throughout the City. The semi-tractor will replace unit 8207, which is scheduled for replacement in the FY25 equipment replacement plan. Per Section 2-4152 of the City’s Purchasing Ordinance, the City may purchase goods or services through the use of a cooperative contract. The contract used for this procurement is Sourcewell Contract #032824-PMC, which is set to expire 7/9/2028. Delivery: As requested. Terms: Net 30 days.
