Phase 4 GHB, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for The Palms Phase 4, a development consisting of 112 single family homes located at 3001 Highgate Boulevard in the Southwest Quad area which is in Council District 5. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 112 equivalent residential unit development. The Water & Sewer Connection Fee totaling $716,800 is based on the proposed water consumption and shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of any water meters as each house goes online. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
