Description The attached Intergovernmental Agreement between the Chatham County Board of Commissioners, Mayor of Alderman of the City of Pooler, and the Mayor and Alderman of the City of Savannah outlines an agreement to take the necessary steps to permit, approve, and facilitate the de-annexation of a property located within the City of Pooler called the 'Landmark Property' and the subsequent annexation of the 'Landmark Property' into the City Savannah. Additionally, the agreement outlines the necessary steps to permit, approve, and facilitate the de-annexation of a property located within the City of Savannah called the 'Church Property' by the City of Savannah and the subsequent annexation of the 'Church Property' into the City of Pooler. These actions will enable the highest and best use of all the respective properties and better align municipal service provisions within the appropriate jurisdiction. This agreement represents an agreement with all parties to take the necessary actions in conjunction with each other to achieve the mutual benefits.
