| Description MDH-Tradeport Savannah LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for 301 and 309 Little Hearst Parkway. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 14.6-equivalent residential warehouse space development on Little Hearst Parkway in the Savannah River International Trade Park off Ga. Highway 21. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format. | |
