Description

This is to procure a contract for Electrical Motor Repair, Lubrication, and Vibration Monitoring contract from Carbone Technology, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $278,908.

 

The Water Reclamation Department will utilize this contract for repairing various sizes of electric motors and providing maintenance to two key programs: Vibration Monitoring Program and the Ultrasonic Lubrication Program. These programs will be conducted monthly and will include detailed reports outlining findings and recommended actions.

 

The purpose of these services is to ensure timely detection of issues, allow for proactive repairs, and help maintain optimal motor efficiency and reliability across Water Reclamation operations.

 

The proposal was advertised, opened, and reviewed. The contract term expires on. June 11, 2026 also includes four available renewal options. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 day. The bidders were:
