This is to procure a contract for pump repair from GoForth Williamson, Inc. in the amount not to exceed $100,575.

The Water Reclamation Department will utilize this contract to provide both routine pump maintenance and emergency repair services for all pumping systems associated with the Water Reclamation Plants.

GoForth Williamson Inc. has a proven track record, supporting the department with pump maintenance services for the past 10 years. Their performance history demonstrates reliability and consistency, which are critical for the operation of the City’s water infrastructure. GoForth also met all technical specifications outlined in the bid documents and has the capability to deliver both scheduled and emergency services as required.

Although Atlantic Maintenance Industrial Services submitted the lower bid, the vendor did not meet the bid specifications upon request. GoForth Williamson Inc. was the next lowest qualified bidder based on their demonstrated experience, ability to meet the department’s operational needs, and full compliance with bid specifications. Long-term reliability and service readiness were key factors in the evaluation.

To support the vendor evaluation process, the department conducted site visits to the facilities. These visits ensured that the selected vendor had the appropriate infrastructure, equipment, and staffing to support the ​department's requirements. Based on a thorough review of the submitted documentation and the findings from the ​site visits, GoForth was determined to be the most qualified and capable vendor for this critical contract.
