| Description Authorize the Revenue Director, as approved by the City Manager, to commence judicial in rem tax foreclosures, as an alternative and in addition to nonjudicial tax executions, and to file civil petitions with the Superior Court of Chatham County as provided by law and ratify such actions undertaken to date to collect delinquent taxes in accordance with Article 5, Chapter 4, Title 48 of the Official Code of Georgia and Savannah Ordinance. | |
