Recommend approval to procure Annual Adobe Software Licenses renewal from CDW Government, LLC in the amount of $50,914.76. 

The City utilizes Adobe software subscriptions to provide essential tools and applications for graphic design, video editing, web development, photography, document creation, and document management. These cloud-based services support operations across multiple departments and ensure staff have access to the latest software features, security updates, and collaboration capabilities. Renewal of these licenses will provide continued access to Adobe's suite of applications and services necessary for ongoing City operations.Per section 2-4154 of the City’s Purchasing Ordinance, the City may purchase goods or services through the use of a state contract. The contract used for this procurement is State of Georgia Contract, 99999-SPD0000060-0004. 

It was competitively bid by the State of Georgia and expires on 4/30/2027. Delivery: As requested. Terms: Net 30 days.
