Description Request approval for the emergency procurement of fixtures for the improvements to be made to the Civic Center Restrooms from Hughes Supply in the amount of $43,865.49. The Civic Center is performing the renovations in response to COVID-19 and the guidelines set forth for the pandemic. This purchase is for fixtures, parts and supplies. To save on the project’s overall expense, the Civic Center’s engineering staff will perform all installations. The Civic Center will be replacing and updating all touchpoints in the 41 restrooms throughout the building. These touchpoints include, but are not limited to, faucets, toilets, soap dispensers, etc. This is an emergency purchase due to the current pandemic, new health and safety guidelines and the need to keep City employees and guests safe throughout these unprecedented times. | |
