This ordinance amendment is requesting to repeal and replace the Code of the City of Savannah, Part 8, Chapter 1, Article B, Administration and Enforcement of Minimum Codes, Section 8-1037 (e) (2), Powers and Duties of the Building, Code, and Fire Officials.

The revision establishes Appendix A (Boarding Standards) of the International Property Maintenance Code (IMPC) as the City of Savannah standard to secure vacant structures.
