This ordinance amendment is requesting to repeal and replace Part 8, Chapter 1, Article A, Buildings in General, Section 8-1002, Title; Local Code Amendments. This section has been revised to identify paragraphs of Chapter 1 (Scope and Administration) of the International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC) which have not been adopted by the City of Savannah and to identify the Director of the Code Compliance Department as the Code Official for the City.
