This is to procure a renovations of the W.W. Law Community Center from F.H. Paschen in the amount not to exceed $450,000.  

 
The Department of Facilities Maintenance will utilize this contract for renovations at the W.W. Law Community Center. Renovation will include interior improvements such as painting, flooring and refurbishing of the kitchen and locker rooms. The City of Savannah has established an overall 20% DBE goal for this project of which at least 10% will be met by local DBE.  
 
The Facilities Maintenance Department is using State Contract 3341#GA-ST01-04082850-FHP with a maturity date of October 19,2025. Per Division 10 section 2-4154 of the City’s Purchasing Ordinance, the use of the contracts from other governmental agencies’ contract pricing is authorized as an appropriate procurement method of the City of Savannah's Purchasing Ordinance.
