Description

America’s Second Harvest of Coastal Georgia has requested a water and sewer agreement for a development consisting of the Second Harvest Food Bank receiving and distribution facility in the President Street service area. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 45.13 equivalent residential unit (ERUs) development. The water & sewer connection fee totaling $73,249.50 is based on the proposed water consumption and shall be paid by the developer. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
