| Description Attorney Robert B. Brannen, Jr. of Bouhan Falligant, is requesting to relocate an existing easement for water and sanitary sewer lines on privately-owned parcels collectively known as Abercorn Commons Phase II-A. Specifically, the subject properties are 26 West Fairmont Avenue (PIN 20560 01019), 30 West Fairmont Avenue (PIN 20560 01017), and 38 W Fairmont Avenue (PIN 20560 01018). The water and sewer lines were physically relocated and the associated plats showing the new locations were approved by the City. The former easement is no longer needed and can be relocated.
This request was reviewed and approved by the Planning and Urban Design, Development Services, Park and Tree, Public Works and Water Resources, and Real Estate Services Departments. Also requested is authorization for the City Manager to execute any associated documents related to this request. | |
