| Description Ivanenko, Inc. has requested a water and sewer agreement for Allcargo Solution Facility, a warehouse development consisting of 30,000 sq.ft. in the President Street service area. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 0.685 equivalent residential unit (ERUs) development. The water & sewer connection fee totaling $2,637.25 is based on the proposed water consumption and shall be paid by the developer. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format. | |
