Southern Apartment Building, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Cedar Grove Apartments, a development consisting of 72 apartment units off Mohawk Street in the Wilshire service area in Aldermanic District 6. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 36 equivalent residential unit development. The Water and Sewer connection fee totaling $57,600 is based on the proposed water consumption that shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of any water meters. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
