| Description This change order adds special inspections needed for building 2 of the Air Cargo Facility Project to Terracon’s contract. This is necessary because the design was not finalized when Building 1 special inspections were advertised for bid. Terracon is currently conducting special inspections testing for building 1. Proceeding via a change order guarantees that SAC utilizes one testing firm for the entire project and uses competitive rates established when bidding Building 1. These Special Inspections are required for this project in accordance with the International Building Code. | |
