Description

Approval of a Major Subdivision Hidden Pointe Phase 2A.  This residential development will be located off Navajo Road in Savannah, GA.  The proposed development will consist of 10 lots/townhouses.

According to FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Map Panel 13051C0256G, effective August 16, 2018, portions of the site are within Zone AE (Base Flood Elevation of 10’ and 9’).

The roads will privately be maintained for this subdivision. The required infrastructure improvements to support this phase will include the City of Savannah water and sewer services.
