This change order includes all labor, equipment, and materials required to complete this work for the Terminal Concourse Expansion Project. These items include the redevelopment of the existing TSA checkpoint area from Savannah Square to Hold room No. 4, along with the addition of three breach control lanes. Other additional items include reconfiguration of the existing 18-inch storm line to accommodate the sewer tap; modification of a dry pipe valve for apron-level sprinklers; replacement of fire suppression backflow preventer in the Central Plant; upgrading the fire alarm panel from EST3 to EST4 as the EST3 system reached its end of life; infrastructure upgrades to support PC Air units on the new jet bridges; and installation of additional 4-inch thermal expansion loops for the hot-water system.
