Description
The Second-Level Common Use Passenger Processing System (CUPPS) Support Service Agreement provides advanced technical assistance for the resolution of network issues, system integration challenges, and complex application faults. This support function ensures the stable and reliable operation of airline systems and airport software platforms. The scope of services includes backend system configuration, advanced troubleshooting, and the implementation of corrective actions to maintain service continuity and ensure compliance with operational and regulatory requirements. The service agreement covers comprehensive hardware and software support for the Embross CUPPS and Common Use Self-Service (CUSS) devices installed throughout the terminal building, including ten (10) ticket counters, four (4) self-serve kiosks, and eight (8) gates. The agreement also includes ongoing maintenance services and access to required software updates. This is a sole-source purchase because Embross is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and the current provider of the CUPPS and CUSS systems in use.
