Description

Approval of a Major Subdivision, Edgewater Phase 2B, New Hampstead. Lennar Georgia, LLC, is proposing a major subdivision involving 81 residential lots, along with several common areas and road right-of-way parcels, in order to develop and add a new phase to Edgewater at New Hampstead single-family community on the parcel designated as Parcel C-2-B2-2. The site is being developed in accordance with the City of Savannah's New Hampstead Planned Unit Development Ordinance.

 

The required infrastructure improvements to support this phase will include the City of Savannah's water and sewer services.According to the FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM), Panel 13051C0108G, the property is located within a flood hazard zone on the site, including Zones X, X Shaded, and AE.
