| Description Approval of a Major Subdivision, The Pines at New Hampstead, Phase 5A. Forestar (USA) Real Estate Group, Inc. is proposing a major subdivision which totals 10.665 acres and will comprise 36 single-family lots with varying lot sizes, along with several common areas and road right-of-way parcels. The site is being developed in accordance with the City of Savannah New Hampstead Planned Unit Development Ordinance. The required infrastructure improvements to support this phase will include City of Savannah's water and sewer services. According to the FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM), Panel 13051C0105G, the property is located within a flood hazard zone X. | |
