| Description Recommend approval to renew an annual contract for lighting system repairs and maintenance with Hoffman Electric Company as the primary contractor and Aiken-Harper Electrical as the secondary contractor in the amount not to exceed $100,000.00. These services will be used to repair and install lighting along Interstate 16 from Chatham Parkway to the north end of the Talmadge Bridge. This contract will also include planned maintenance or emergency repairs in the event of traffic accidents, storms, hurricanes, vandalism, or equipment failures. Bids were originally received on June 20, 2017. This contract was originally approved by Council on August 3, 2017. This is the second of three renewal options The contract term shall be from January 17, 2019 through December 31, 2019. | |
