Description

Recommend approval to renew an annual contract for thermoplastic pavement markings with Peek Pavement Markings, LLC as the primary vendor and RoadSafe Traffic Systems as secondary vendor in the amount of $184,625.00. This annual contract will be used by the Traffic Engineering Department for the installation of pavement markings for lane, center, and edge lines for streets as well as crosswalks, stop bars, and lane arrows at intersections.

Proposals were originally received on August 1, 2017.  This contract was originally approved by Council on September 28, 2017.

This is the second of three renewals options available.

The contract term shall be from January 17, 2019 through December 31, 2019.
