| Description Recommend approval of a Final Project Closeout Amendment in the amount of $10,285 to Johnson Laux Construction Company for additional work performed as part of the Twickenham Greenspace Project. The original contract for this project included the construction of a walking trail, landscaping, lighting and receptacles. The amendment is required due to additional scope of services which included additional storm water work required by City Storm Water Department. The original contract was approved by City Council on April 9, 2020 in the amount of $185,985. The total contract amount to date including this modification is $196,270. S.C.
