Description

Petitioner, Kevin J. Kerns, on behalf of the United States General Services Administration (GSA) has requested an easement for the purposes of installing communications conduit between their two facilities located at 125 Bull Street (Tomochichi Federal Building) and 124 Barnard Street (US Courthouse Annex). The proposed easement is non-exclusive, relocatable, under-ground and occupies only the narrow space where the conduit occupies. This easement has been reviewed by Public Works and Water Resources, Development Services, Planning and Urban Design, Office of the City Attorney, and Real Estate Services. Staff also requests authorization for the City Manager to execute the easement documents.
