Beacon Builders, Inc. has requested a water and sewer agreement for The Palms Phase 3, a development consisting of 132 single family homes in the Travis Field service area. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 132 equivalent residential unit (ERUs) development. The Water & Sewer connection fee totaling $844,800 is based on the proposed water consumption that shall be paid by the developer as each house goes online. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
