| Description Riverchase Apartment Owner, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Riverchase Vista Apartments, a development consisting of a 300-unit Apartment Complex in the Chatham Parkway service area. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 135.92 sewer and 173.97 water equivalent residential unit (ERUs) development. The Water & Sewer connection fee totaling $731,781.50 is based on the proposed water consumption that shall be paid by the developer. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format. | |
