| Title 37. Motion to Award Contract for Interior Rehabilitation Services for the River Street Visitor Center to the Basin Company (Event No. 6713) | |

| Description Recommend approval to procure interior rehabilitation services for the River Street Visitor Center from the Basin Company in the amount of $117,558.00. The interior rehabilitation will be used by the Office of Capital Projects Management to update and repair the Visitor Center on River Street. Interior repairs will include, but not be limited to, the renovation of the restrooms flooring and wall finishes; ceilings will be assessed, repaired, primed and painted; installation of new plumbing fixtures; restroom accessories; toilet and urinal partitions; new countertops, sinks, restroom, and welcome center lighting fixtures; and door hinges limited to all interior metal doors. The SBE goal was established, however, no SBE firms submitted a bid. The event was then opened to the public. | |
