Clayton Properties Group, Inc dba Mungo Homes has requested a water and sewer agreement for Meadow Lakes, a development consisting of 285 single-family homes in the Travis Field Service area off Little Neck Road in Aldermanic District 5. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 285 equivalent residential unit development. The Water and Sewer connection fee totaling $1,824,000 is based on the proposed water consumption that shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of any water meters as each house goes online. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
