Description

Central Port Partners 11A, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Rockingham Tract 11A, a development consisting of 280,000 sq. ft. warehouse space and 20,000 sq. ft. office space in the President Street Service area off Landmark Boulevard in Aldermanic District 5. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 9.88 equivalent residential unit development. The Water and Sewer connection fee totaling $32,526 is based on the proposed water consumption that shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of any water meters. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
