| Description Recommend approval to procure roller head assembly equipment from Huber Technology in the amount of $39,121.07. The Public Works and Water Resources Department uses rollers to produce pellets from dried products that are discharged from the sludge dryer. This process prevents buildup of sludge in the dryer. The current roller heads in operation are in need of replacement to maintain quality and to prevent possible damage to the dryer. This is a sole source because these parts will be used with existing equipment that is only available from this vendor.
